Healthy Bodies:

Dance is a very physical activity and promotes healthy bodies. Dance requires strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance.  Members that engage in dance are more agile and less likely to become injured in other activities because of their flexibility and body control.  

Healthy Mind:

Developing an ability to receive instruction and control your behavior in a disciplined approach is practiced daily in Dance. Dance team members also experience improvement in self confidence as they perform in front of an audience especially at a young age.   These traits will serve adults and children throughout their entire life.

Healthy Spirit:

The joy of personal and group expression is a spiritual experience. Celebrating with team members and being inspired by music, coaches and mentors naturally happen as the group perfects their dance routine. Laughter and freedom are powerful emotions that enrich the lives of our members.
