Sadhana USA is currently looking to contract with group fitness instructors (cardio kick boxing, boot camps, cross fit etc) interested in teaching adult and or youth classes.  Studios 12, 16 & 17 lend themselves ideally to group fitness.  Serious inquiries with experience should contact Kyle.Ochs@SadhanaStudios.org

Lindsey Trostle received her yoga certification in 2014 from Cityoga in Indianapolis. She is also a licensed school media specialist and, over the last several years, has worked with youth in both the IPS and HSE school districts. She is passionate about working with young minds as well as encouraging adults to connect with their own "inner-child" to create new thought patterns where old-negative belief systems may still operate.
Yoga with Lindsey is about connecting mind, body, and spirit through the breath. Her intention is to offer a basic and beginner-minded yoga practice that may include moving through sun salutations and standing warrior poses. Structured yet spontaneous, this yoga flow will step-into poses gently and hold, creating space to connect to the breath, open the mind, and strengthen as well as lengthen the body!  
In her Mindfulness Flexibility classes with Sadhana Studios, more concentration will be focused on stretching-poses to improve flexibility. All of her classes incorporate positive life affirmations and promote thoughtful self-awareness. Leave feeling expansive and centered, inspired and invigorated.

Hi! I'm Lauren, Music Lover + Dance Enthusiast...

I'm the type of person who finishes sentences with lyrics and can usually be found dancing down the aisles of grocery stores. Life with me is a party, so imagine how my class would be. 

I enjoy teaching Zumba Fitness and I'd love for you to join in on the fun. Be sure to bring a towel, some water and your dancing shoes! I can't wait for us to hit the dance floor.

Denise KerrDenise Kerr - Mindful Flexibility Instructor

 

Denise first certified as a Yoga Exercise Specialist (YES) through East to West Yoga in Toronto Ontario in 2010, and re-certified in 2013 after completing an 80-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Heather T. Leo Yoga.  Her 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200) certification was completed in December 2015.  

She has a varied history in fitness, having achieved her 1st Dan in Shotokan Karate in 1994, and completing her certification as a personal trainer and fitness instructor through the YMCA in 1997.  Formerly an avid runner and cyclist, she competed in several duathlons after she turned 45.  Her knowledge and experience in this area lends itself well to teaching athletes.  She is a certified behavioural management coach, has formal training in Sports Psychology and practices many of her own techniques as she strives to be her “best self”.  Her primary motivation in sharing her spirit is to invite to practice those who, because of a lack of understanding, poor body image or unconditioned fitness levels would never otherwise feel comfortable in a group fitness class.

 

Michelle Cleg Zumba          Zumba® Instructor: Michelle Clegg

My name is Michelle and I have a passion for peace, mindfulness, health and fitness, serving and advocating for my community, and youth development. I have been living the Zumba life since I discovered it in 2011! I loved Zumba so much for its amazing ability to bring all kinds of people together and get them excited about exercise. So, I became a licensed Zumba Fitness instructor in June 2013 and have never looked back!

My style of Zumba instruction is upbeat and full of energy, sassy and even silly at times! I use many different genres of music, even earning me the nickname the "Zumba Mixologist" from some of my former class participants! You will hear anything from bachata, salsa, samba and reggaeton to dancehall, Bollywood, merengue and hiphop.  We have fun but work hard, sweat and leave all our stress and calories on the floor!
